I initially chose this place because I wanted to provide my elderly parents with a place that offers massages and other therapeutic accommodations, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The massage and therapy services were exceptional leaving everyone feeling rejuvenated. As for the rooms, they are all new, well-kept and very clean. The staff provided amazing service - always checking in to see if we needed anything. And the cherry on the cake was the food at this hotel - it was AMAZING! The hotel is also located very close to the markets (Souq) and to the sweets shops. Finally, a special appreciation for the owner of the hotel (Abu Hashim) who checked on us and all of the guests daily to ensure that we were well taken care of.
